Online checkout covers short stays at Cassidy and Hayden in Thomasville, Georgia, and Troopers and Tebeau in Waycross, Georgia. The selected home, dates, guest count, itemized price and accepted document versions are part of your booking record. Residential or extended stays requiring a lease use a separate agreement and cannot be confirmed through this short-stay checkout.

Your hosts are Bharat and Pushpa, trading through Wardhan Direct Booking. Contact Pushpa using the Call, WhatsApp or Email links on the website and in your confirmation. Use your booking reference for booking, cancellation, refund, damage or privacy requests. Call 911 for an emergency.

Provide accurate booking and contact information and keep your confirmation and access details private. The lead guest accepts the disclosed terms for the booked stay and must ensure the approved occupants and visitors follow the property rules.

The written quote shows accommodation, applicable discounts, cleaning, any approved additional charges, percentage tax, nightly lodging tax, refundable deposit and the total before payment. Quotes expire after the displayed validity period; dates and prices are rechecked at checkout. No additional service fee is included in the saved direct rates.

Cancel at least 14 days before check-in: 100% of accommodation is returned. Cancel at least 7 but fewer than 14 days before check-in: 50% of accommodation is returned. Cancel fewer than 7 days before check-in: accommodation is not refunded. Accommodation refunds are calculated after accommodation discounts.

The refundable damage deposit equals two times the average nightly accommodation amount after accommodation discounts, rounded to the nearest cent with half cents rounded up. Cleaning, service and pet fees, taxes and the deposit itself are excluded. For example, five nights at $150 means a $300 deposit. It is returned in full on cancellation. After the stay, it is returned if there is no documented damage; any lawful deduction requires actual, reasonable, documented loss and an itemized explanation. Normal wear and pre-existing conditions are excluded. The deposit is separate from rent and is not a cancellation penalty.

Concerns should be sent to the host with the booking reference and supporting details. Nothing in these terms waives nonwaivable consumer, accessibility, fair-housing, payment, court or tenancy rights. No automatic arbitration requirement, deposit forfeiture or penalty is created.
