Your hosts are Bharat and Pushpa, trading through Wardhan Direct Booking. Contact Pushpa using the Call, WhatsApp or Email links on the website and in your confirmation. Use your booking reference for booking, cancellation, refund, damage or privacy requests. Call 911 for an emergency.

The website collects contact and inquiry details, the selected home, stay dates, guest count, booking and consent records, payment references, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service. Do not submit identity documents, full card numbers, medical information or other sensitive records through ordinary inquiry forms.

Booking and inquiry information is used to respond to requests, administer a stay and accepted agreement, send transactional confirmations, handle cancellations, refunds and documented damage, prevent misuse and meet applicable recordkeeping duties.

Necessary information is processed by hosting and database providers, Resend for transactional email, and Stripe for hosted payments. Full payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this website. Access is limited to the hosts and providers who need information for the service, support, maintenance, safety, accounting or legal purposes. Guest information is not sold or publicly disclosed.

Call, WhatsApp and Email links open the service you choose. You send the message or make the call there; the website does not automatically send or store those conversations. Website inquiry submissions are a separate stored-and-delivered service.

To understand whether the website is working, it uses privacy-friendly Vercel Web Analytics for page views and limited conversion events such as availability searches, inquiry starts and completed inquiries, and contact-link opens. Those events do not include inquiry contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, free-text messages, exact dates, or a persistent visitor identifier.

Records are retained for the time reasonably needed to administer inquiries and stays, resolve disputes, satisfy tax/accounting duties, protect safety and comply with law. You may request access, correction or deletion through the host contact; identity verification and lawful retention requirements can apply.

Reasonable access controls, secure provider configuration and encryption protect stored records. No website can promise absolute security. If an incident occurs, the owner will investigate and provide required notices. Keep booking links and access credentials private.
