Georgia Stay Terms
Document version: direct-stay-2026-09-12-v2
Online checkout covers short stays at Cassidy and Hayden in Thomasville, Georgia, and Troopers and Tebeau in Waycross, Georgia. The selected home, dates, guest count, itemized price and accepted document versions are part of your booking record. Residential or extended stays requiring a lease use a separate agreement and cannot be confirmed through this short-stay checkout.
These bookings concern Georgia homes and are subject to applicable Georgia, local and federal requirements. The property’s location and the actual nature of the stay determine which mandatory rights and obligations apply. A nightly label does not remove residential tenancy protections.
The owner remains responsible for the property’s lawful operation, tax collection and remittance, required permits, safety and maintenance. The published listing observations and checkout documents do not certify an inspection, insurance coverage, licensing or professional review.
Residential occupancy or a stay requiring a lease must be arranged separately with the correct property-specific agreement and deposit handling. This short-stay checkout does not offer Florida homes or residential leases.
The refundable damage deposit equals two times the average nightly accommodation amount after accommodation discounts, rounded to the nearest cent with half cents rounded up. Cleaning, service and pet fees, taxes and the deposit itself are excluded. For example, five nights at $150 means a $300 deposit. It is returned in full on cancellation. After the stay, it is returned if there is no documented damage; any lawful deduction requires actual, reasonable, documented loss and an itemized explanation. Normal wear and pre-existing conditions are excluded. The deposit is separate from rent and is not a cancellation penalty.
No clause overrides a nonwaivable right, lawful refund entitlement, required damage accounting, notice or deposit-return deadline. Raise concerns through the confirmed host contact.
